Scope: Threaded housing/coupling with a 1½”-18 NEF-3 fine thread, a 12-hole bolt-circle pattern, and four section views (A-A, B-B, C-C plus a full isometric) to fully define the internal bore and counterbore steps.
Approach: A fine-pitch NEF thread on a housing this size is unforgiving of pitch-diameter drift, so major/pitch diameters were called out explicitly rather than left to the thread class alone — and the 12-hole pattern was dimensioned from a single datum to avoid tolerance stack-up around the bolt circle.
Result: Released and produced for Phoenix with no thread-fit rework.
