Scope: Visual workmanship references paired with the check-sheet package, marking acceptable versus unacceptable chamfer conditions side by side.
Approach: A written spec (“break all sharp edges”) is open to interpretation; a labeled photo pair isn’t. Pairing “ACCEPTABLE” and “NOT ACCEPTABLE” images directly against the check-sheet feature numbers removes the ambiguity at the source.
Result: New operators can self-check against the reference photos instead of waiting on a supervisor sign-off for every part.
