Approach: Each of the 16 numbered features got its own row specifying the exact gage (micrometer, thread gage, comparator) and sampling frequency (1-in-5 through 1-in-20) appropriate to that feature’s risk — critical diameters got tighter sampling than reference dimensions.
Result: The kind of document that makes quality repeatable across shifts, not dependent on one inspector’s judgment call.
