Approach: Rather than leaving gear geometry to note callouts, every parameter a hobber needs — diametral pitch, pressure angle, number of teeth, backlash allowance — was placed in a dedicated data table on the print itself, plus the RC 27-34 heat-treat range and black-oxide finish spec.
