Scope: Full production drawing package for a precision plug-mechanism component: section views, two scaled details (thread pitch and chamfer callouts), and complete GD&T tolerancing ready for CNC production.
Approach: Every critical dimension was cross-checked against the mating-part drawing before release, and the 1/4-28 UNF thread callout was verified against the pitch/minor-diameter spec rather than pulled from a generic table — a common source of fit failures on small-diameter threaded pins.
Result: Released at REV-03 with zero fit-related rejections reported back from the shop floor.
